Firstly may I take this opportunity to wish all of my readers a very happy and prosperous 2015.
It is hard the believe that 15 years ago I was sitting at Revelation in Milton Keynes and wondering (along with many thousands of IT people around the globe), how the millennium change would affect us. Of course, it had no effect at all for most of us and all of the Revelation systems I was involved with simply ticked over the year end and continued to operate without any trouble at all.
Since then we have seen some massive changes at Revelation. Mike took over the company, he took the product line to 32 bit, added countless new features and supported countless new technologies and the whole package has gone from strength to strength.
Now we are all looking forward to a new year with a new OpenInsight release in a few weeks time at the Revelation conference in Texas and all sorts of new possibilities and opportunities.
2015 is looking like being a bright and productive year for Revelation and our OpenInsight developers and users around the world. Hopefully I will see most of you at the conference in Texas and I hope to catch up with those of you who can’t make the conference online as we head into a new era for OpenInsight.
As always, please keep an eye on the blog for breaking news, conference and OpenInsight 10 updates and more.
